The warm hospitality of the owners. They provided thoughtful amenities like toiletries and a selection of snacks. Daily chocolate and biscuits were a good surprise.

The units are brilliant, tidy.

The staff were pleasant and nice, everything was excellent. We asked for guest room and it was compact and extremely spacious with seaview. Location: the hotel was near public transport, a cafe nearby, and the Falls.

Absolutely lovely views, but where was my welcome gift? It's disgraceful when I couldn't sleep thanks to doors slamming all night. And even though I expected a bit more than basic instant coffee, I got stale ham instead. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't when toubles like these pushed me over the edge.

The location seemed perfect and glorious in garden area of property.

So charming and cozy, such a good dining experience with fresh fruit options and warm, cute hosts.

The views from my room were fine, with a perfect backdrop for relaxation and peace. I thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the dining room, complete with beautiful views while savoring my breakfast. The curated selection of in-room snacks, coffees, and toiletries.

The room smelled a bit moldy, but the ensuite was spacious and nice.

The breakfast selection was delectable, with a variety of fresh fruit that was a good surprise. The hosts, Laura and Lachie, were warm and cute.

The room felt cramped with little space to move around, and accessing the wardrobe was difficult thanks to a heavy chair blocking the way. The mattress was lumpy, leading to uncomfortable nights, and noise from the corridor and other rooms carried too easily. Breakfast consisted mainly of instant coffee and lacked basic items like butter for toast.

Room reminded me of a cozy closet, and the ensuite was smaller than my handbag. I nearly tripped over my luggage just trying to breathe in there!

Fine views and easy parking. Wi-fi was spotty at times.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the lovely continental breakfast that featured a variety of options like cereal and yogurt. The room was quite clean and tidy, with toiletries and a kettle for making tea. It would be nice to have more space in the room or access to a common area in the evenings, but overall, it was a solid base for my travels.
